Medwin Clinicians offers competitive monthly membership plans. We offer the below annual plans that are billed monthly. These plans include for each plan member: an annual physical; an annual basic labs (CBC, CMP, UA); and a yearly EKG (as recommended). Additional service are to be billed separately at 10% reduced cost.

• 1 Adult (18-64):$180/mo
• 2 Adults same household (18-64): $300/mo
• 1 Senior (65+): $220/mo
• 2 Seniors same household: $340/mo
• Additional child of same household (13-17): $95/mo (each)
• 1 Child only (13-17): $120/mo
